Celebrating the role of fresh produce in high-end cuisine

The Chef Demonstration Theatre will run alongside the main trade exhibition in the Upper Rink Bar Balcony. The demonstrations will lead the exhibition in #CelebratingFRESH by showcasing how many of the products on the show floor are being used by some of the leading chefs in the UK within a foodservice environment and at a consumer level. There are six demonstrations throughout the day, hosted by International Chef Consultant, Peter Gorton. The dishes will highlight fresh seasonal produce from our sponsors and will feature cuisines from all over the world.
