Celebrity chef Dipna is the co-owner of Indian eatery Brilliant Restaurant in Southall, London, and the owner of Dip in Brilliant, a brand-new casual dining concept located in Fulham that specialises in Punjabi cuisine and showcases some of Dipna’s grandfather’s recipes that date back over 65 years.
Dipna is currently on a mission to teach the UK how to cook ‘real Indian food’ with her TV show Dip In Kitchen. She also guest lectures at The University of West London on the subject of Indian cooking, runs her own School of Indian Cookery in West London, and hosts food demos and pop-up chef events.
Working alongside Restaurant Associates (part of the Compass group) as the brand chef for its Punjabi food range, Dipna is now on the brink of creating her own ready meals range, as well as being set to launch her second cookbook this summer, following her debut recipe book ‘Beyond Brilliant’.
Dipna also curates a ‘Brilliant Punjabi’ food range that is available at selected events taking place at Wembley SSE Arena, The O2, The ExCel London, Twickenham Rugby Stadium and Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
