Amy is Director of Food and Nutrition at Holroyd Howe, the independent schools’ leading catering provider.

Amy has worked in the foodservice industry for the last 10 years, after beginning her career as an associate nutritionist. With a background in public health nutrition, Amy has received numerous plaudits, having played a prominent role in developing menus for the foodservice sector that place at their heart the health and wellbeing of children and young people.

In 2015, Amy received two industry awards for her work within the hospitality industry: the Caterer’s ‘Acorn Award’, which recognises the most promising 30 individuals under the age of 30 across the hospitality industry, and EDUcatering’s ‘Specialist of the Year’. Both awards recognise Amy’s commitment to enhancing the lives, health and wellbeing of children and young people across the UK.
