Having spent over 25 years in the hospitality industry, Fraser has extensive knowledge in both restaurant and retail operations including a vast wealth of experience in commercial kitchens. During this time Fraser has worked for both big corporates and private equity owned businesses, but has concentrated his efforts in recent years within the supply chain and procurement support function.

Having recently decided that he would like to be the maker of his own destiny and take time out from the corporate world, Fraser has set up his own business consultancy – Parramint Consulting. Staying within the industry that has developed his expertise, Fraser is helping numerous businesses and start-ups offering strategic supply chain and procurement advice, operator insight and integrated solution based systems.

As a small business starting out, Fraser is excited to be involved with helping other businesses grow and evolve in the sector he knows so well. His business values are firmly based on integrity and transparency with a passion for delivering results.
