Lloyd is the Global Director of Culinary Practices at Sodexo, a food services and facilities management company where he has been responsible for leading the design and deployment of global culinary standards since May 2017.

Within his role, Lloyd’s key focuses are to continually evolve food standards across the business, whilst actively promoting seasonal and sustainable food offers, as well as motivating the culinary teams and inspiring them to deliver food to the highest standard.

Lloyd has over twenty years’ experience of working within the contract catering sector. Before joining Sodexo, he worked at ISS as the UK Food Services Director and the Food Chef Director between 2012 and 2017.

He also held the position of Director of Food at Vacherin from March 2009 to October 2012, and, between 2004 and 2009 Lloyd was Company Executive Chef for Charlton House Catering (now CH&Co).
