Rob is the Chef Director at Lexington Catering, a contract caterer operating in London and the south east of England. In his role as head of the food team, Rob is responsible for all things food within the company, including PR, brands and sales.

Rob has over 30 years’ of cooking experience; having worked in various high-profile hotels and restaurants around the world, including working in the City of London for over 25 years. In 2013, he was the first winner of the Foodservice Catey’s ‘Chef of the Year’ award, and received the Craft Guild of Chefs’ Contract Catering Chef of the Year accolade in 2003.

Rob is also the author of three award-winning cookery books, a BBC consultant both on TV and radio, and a fellow of both the Royal Academy of Arts and West London University.
