Simon is Chef Director at ISS Food & Hospitality, a global provider of facilities services for private and public sector companies.
Simon has over 20 years of experience in the catering and hospitality industry. He is driven by a real love and passion for excellent food and customer service.
He trained as an apprentice chef at Paris House, a Roux brothers’ restaurant, before moving on to the prestigious Claridge’s Hotel in London, working in all sections of the hotel’s restaurant.
Simon joined Eaton Fine Dining in 2000, which was acquired by ISS in 2004. Previously, he held the role of Executive Development Chef at the company, and now he is Chef Director for ISS Food & Hospitality.
