Simon Stenning is the Founder and Strategic Advisor of, which provides strategic advice and analysis, as well as forecasts for the future of the foodservice industry.

Prior to establishing, Simon was the Executive Director of MCA, which was created by the merger between two of the leading specialist insight providers serving the eating and drinking out market in the UK; M&C Report and Allegra Foodservice. Simon started working with the Allegra business in 2008, and created the Allegra Foodservice business within William Reed Business Media in 2014.

Simon has a background in operations and marketing within the hospitality and foodservice industries. His career has included five years managing hotels with Hilton and Forte, five years running Prêt A Manger in the late 1990s, and four years at Compass Group as Retail Development Director.
